Privacy policy

Guestwritten helps people invite guests and collect replies and memories. We keep this simple.

What we collect

From hosts: the event details you enter. From guests: the name, reply, number of seats, meal choice and message you choose to send. We also keep basic technical logs to protect the service from abuse.

How we use it

Only to run your invitation, show replies to the host, and build the memory book. We never sell personal information and we do not show ads.

Who can see it

Invitation pages are hidden from search engines and can be opened only by people with the link. Replies are visible only to the host.

How long we keep it

Demo invitations and their replies are deleted after 7 days. Hosts can ask us to delete an event at any time.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare's global network, encrypted in transit and at rest.
